Review recruitment campaigns average a 2 - 5% conversion rate, so plan your outreach campaign group accordingly.
Send follow up reminders.
The most successful campaigns remind users about the opportunity to leave a review 2-3 times. Send your users reminders to politely follow-up on the offer.
Leverage numerous channels.
Expand your marketing campaign by integrating the link into your social media efforts, support ticketing system, blog posts, client on-boarding nurture tracks, etc.
