Use this feature to run and track internal competitions, A/B test campaigns, and measure channel success.

Pro Tip: Be sure to send users your review collection link so they qualify for an incentive.
Customer Conversations: Client success teams have an unparalleled understanding as to which clients are fit to write a review since they know which customers are most engaged and have a complete understanding of the product.
"I'm happy to hear you're enjoying using Your Product's Name. We would appreciate it if you would share your experience by writing a review on Capterra. This helps potential buyers better understand what they can expect when investing in our product. Are you open to sharing your experience through a review?"
Support Call: Support teams are another great channel to collect reviews after a user-facing experience. Once they are finished resolving an issue, they can opt to solicit feedback using this example:
"Thank you for contacting our support team and I'm glad I could help you today. If you have 2 minutes, we'd love it if you could write a review on Capterra about your experience. Your feedback will help us understand what we are doing well and what we can improve."
Sales Conversation: Sales teams play an important role as the lead point of contact for all users – not just your paid clients. Reviews are valuable ways to get new sign-ups or demos to keep your sales funnel full. This is a tactic that most vendors forget about and is an easy way to separate yourself from the pack. Here are a few ways to ask prospects who have tested the product to write a review:
For users who are about to purchase: "Would you be willing to write a review on our Capterra profile to tell other potential buyers why you chose to become a client of Your Product's Name?"
For a user earlier in the sales funnel: "As you use Your Product's Name and learn about our functionalities, please let us know what you think and write a review on our Capterra profile. We value your feedback."
